Counsellor in training · Vancouver, BC

There is nothing wrong with you.

I offer individual counselling in a space that is collaborative, consent-based, trauma-informed, and warm. Together, we make room for emotion, the body, and the parts of your story that haven't yet had a place to land.

So much of what we carry isn't broken — it's asking to be witnessed.

Clients often describe my style as warm, relational, and attuned, with room for playfulness and humour when it feels supportive. Laughter can be an important part of healing.

I came to this work through six years in mental health, including five years working in mental health housing, alongside lived experience as a queer person from a Polish refugee family. That history shapes how I hold the room. I'm interested in how identity, culture, attachment, and systemic forces show up in emotional life — and how, given enough safety, the body knows the way home.

Alongside that work, I ran Just Some Feelings, a group for masculine-identifying folks exploring the move from thinking into feeling. That experience continues to inform how I support people who are learning to let their emotional and embodied lives become more legible to them.

Outside the therapy room, I cook, write, watch comedy, spend time with the people I love, and tend to the forty-plus plants that share my home — sometimes while eating cake in bed.

Relational, embodied, integrative.

My work is grounded in somatic practice, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), with influence from Narrative Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

I move at a pace that feels safe. I pay close attention to what's happening both emotionally and in the body. I bring an intersectional feminist, anti-oppressive, and queer-informed lens to the work — with care for how colonization, racialization, and other systemic forces impact how we feel, relate, and survive.
